A) for Auguste Bernard (a painter born in the Vendée region, active in the 20th century, who exhibited landscapes at the Salon des Indépendants in 1929 and 1931: see Bénézit). It is signed in relief lower left and dated and titled on the back. It has a gilt frame. Dimensions with frame: 22 x 19 cm; painting: 18 x 13.5 cm
