An entryway set designed by Pierre Guariche in the late 1960s as part of his interior designs for apartments in mountain resorts.
Designed as a compact wall-mounted unit, the set includes a shelf with a storage compartment, a coat rack with four hooks, a stool, and a wall sconce with two adjustable spotlights. The dark wood, plywood, and white laminate create a sense of unity among the various elements and echo the materials used by Guariche throughout the rest of the interior design.
Designed to take up minimal space, the set combines the essential functions of an entryway—storing small everyday items, hanging clothes, and providing lighting—into a single composition.
