Originally debuted in Paris, France, in 1902, this toy was famously inspired by the look and wild hair of the legendary Polish virtuoso pianist Paderewski.

Finding this complex mechanism in beautifully preserved, fully functioning order is exceptionally rare. It represents the pinnacle of Fernand Martin’s early golden era of mechanical design.
