Enchanting Louis XV–Louis XVI Transition Period Chest of Drawers, with Rosewood Marquetry, Violetwood, resting on arched legs ending in gilded bronze feet.

This chest of drawers, which opens at the front with three drawers in three rows, is topped with a beautiful, molded St. Anne gray marble top that follows the curves of the chest. It features rich marquetry work, arranged in scrolls and herringbone patterns, highlighted by contrasting frames. Its sides are rounded and the corners are cut. Beautiful gilded and chiseled bronze ornamentation, including feet, lock plates, and pull rings. Beautiful finish; comes with its key.
