​A superb original drawing in India ink and gray wash on paper by Paul Hannaux, a renowned French painter, illustrator, and decorator (Prix de Rome in 1924).

​This intimate and modern composition depicts a young woman seated in profile near a window with shutters, holding a powder compact or a mirror.
