Louis XIV-style farmhouse table or coffee table in walnut – 18th century

A beautiful farmhouse table that can also serve as a coffee table, made of walnut, from the 18th century, in the Louis XIV tradition.

It features a beautiful rectangular top made of wide walnut planks, retaining a superb antique patina and numerous signs of wear that attest to its authenticity and lend it great character.

The modestly molded apron opens at the front with a large central drawer, fitted with a drop-down metal handle. The original joinery and visible dowels add to the charm of this table.

It rests on four turned and carved legs, typical of the Louis XIV tradition, joined at the base by an H-shaped brace, ensuring excellent stability.

A particularly decorative antique table with pleasing proportions, suitable for use as a farmhouse table, a center table, or a large work table.

In generally good condition, with patina, wear, irregularities, and age-appropriate marks.
