Muller Frères Vase – Forest Scene with Deer
Large multilayered acid-etched glass vase, signed Muller Frères Lunéville. Its design depicts a forest of slender trees, where deer—symbols of the wild—appear discreetly. The upper portion, tinted a grayish blue, evokes a threatening sky heralding inclement weather, creating a calm and mysterious atmosphere. A fine example of the craftsmanship of early 20th-century glassmakers from Lorraine.
