Antique Table Lamp, France, First Half Of The 20th Century
A charming table lamp whose lampshade—a hexagonal brass structure—supports a fringe of long, transparent glass rods.Among the rods, chains of small crystal beads, strung in tight rows, are arranged in a regular alternating pattern.Each chain ends with a light green faceted crystal bead.The light green beads, which are larger and more faceted than the other beads, mark the corners and add a delicate, barely perceptible touch of color.
Condition: The lamp has a completely refurbished electrical system that is fully functional and safe for use; the rods are complete, aligned, and free of chips; the bead chains are intact; the brass is perfectly polished.
