A rare porcelain pedestal table from the Royal Vienna porcelain manufactory, dating from the 19th century, notable for the delicacy of its hand-painted decoration.
The piece is adorned with portraits of Madame de Pompadour and several European queens, painted by the Viennese artist C. Heer. It bears a “Vienna” mark on the reverse, as well as the artist’s signature.
