Louis XVI-style Mahogany And White Marble Hot-water Bottle Table, 19th-century Side Table With Two Drawers
A lovely mahogany hot-water bottle table in the Louis XVI style, resting on four tapered, fluted legs that end in bronze feet.
The apron is embellished with quarter-round moldings and small brass fillets inlaid on the connecting blocks. It features two drawers and two leather-covered pull handles in brown.
The top is finished with a white, veined marble slab, framed by an openwork brass border.
A fine piece from the late 19th century.
Please note: there are a few small stains on the leather of one of the pull handles as well as on the marble, due to normal use (see photos).
