Steel blade, Damascus steel, curved, single-edged.
Pistol-grip hilt with two riveted light-colored horn scales, featuring gold damascene calligraphy on the crossguard. Strap loop. Burnished iron guard with gold damascene around the edges. Inverted quillons. Double-ring chain.
Wooden scabbard, covered in shagreen with metal stitching. Two burnished iron fittings with gold damascene; two small knobs in a row, with lanyard rings.
