Aghan saber called khyber - Afghanistan, 19th century. Handle in horn plates and red enameled brass mount. Single-edged blade and T-section spine. Wooden scabbard covered with leather and a large chiseled and openwork brass rivet. Former German private collection. Collected in situ in the early 1970s. Good condition. Total length 89cm. Length without scabbard 75cm. Blade length 61cm. Weight 1180gr. Weight without scabbard 746gr.
