Rare Baccarat crystal wine decanter. A luxury piece made of cobalt blue overlay crystal, dating from the late 19th century, circa 1890–1900. It comes complete with its rare saucer.
This is a late 19th-century piece and therefore does not bear the crystal manufacturer’s signature, but the model is listed in the1916 tableware catalog; the set featuring the same design is known as “Richelieu” or “Champigny.”
Despite being over 100 years old, it remains in mint condition: no chips in the crystal. A very rare collector’s item.
