They were produced by FONDICA and are

Georges Mathias founded his design firm in 1986 and worked for Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Renault, and Fondica.
Signed “Mathias” with the notation “bronze”
on the back of the base, and “Fondica” on the lamp sockets.
Stamped “G. MATHIAS” beneath the base.
Original lampshades in vanilla-colored fabric with fine trim.
