Proceeding from the upper left: Saint John the Evangelist, writing with a quill pen, Saint James the Greater, in meditation, Saint Philip, holding the staff of his martyrdom, Saint Thomas, his gaze turned upward, Saint Andrew, with his cross, and Saint James the Lesser, in a pensive attitude.
