VERSAILLES, Louis XVI period. Large, plain silver tulip-shaped TIMBALE resting on a gadrooned pedestal. The neck is engraved with the initials "AT." Versailles, 1775–1780. Master silversmith: Jacques-Charles CHAMBERT, admitted as a Master in 1760. Height: 14.5 cm. Weight: 261 g.
