Late 18th Century Neoclassical Coffee Table With Scagliola Top
Refined and unique coffee table in finely carved solid
walnut with a scagliola marble top. The rectangular, linear shape of the table
is embellished with four truncated pyramid legs, typical of the period, and a
small drawer on the front, opened with a wooden knob, ideal for storing small
items. The marble top, decorated in scagliola with decorative motifs depicting
floral swirls and a geometric frame, adds further elegance to the overall
effect. This table exudes great taste and refinement, adding a touch of class
and antiquity to any space. Tuscan manufacture, from the neoclassical period,
around the end of the 18th century.
