Short, octagonal pommel with a rivet stud, covered in sheet metal.
Faceted hilt.
Guard ending in a beak.
Curved blade marked: ‘Mfre Royale à Paris 1834’, with a few nicks on the back.
Leather lanyard.
Black leather scabbard, with a copper ferrule and brass pommel.
Belt loop.
