Charles-Henry Joseph Bizard (born in Roubaix on November 14, 1887; died in Lyon on November 1, 1954) was a French painter. A student of Pharaon de Winter and Eugène Deully, he was deaf from birth, a member of the *Société des Artistes Français*, and an *Officier d'Académie*; he died in an accident in Lyon. He exhibited at the *Salon des Artistes Français* from 1925 to 1945, at the *Cercle des Beaux-Arts* in Madrid in 1928, and at the *Société des Beaux-Arts* in Nice and Roubaix. A landscape painter, he received an Honorable Mention at the 1934 Salon; the Silver Medal and the Paul Liot Prize at the 1939 Salon; the Justin Claverie Prize at the 1941 Salon; the City of Paris Prize in 1941; and the Dagnan-Bouveret Prize at the 1943 Salon.
