An important antique-style ornamental vase, of the Kilox type, made of bronze with a nuanced brown patina; the neck is decorated with a frieze of pearls, lotus leaves, and heart-shaped rays; the handles feature scrollwork and fluted hooks; the shoulder is decorated with gadroons; the body featuring a continuous bas-relief scene of a bacchanal in which Apollo can be recognized dancing among the Muses and a satyr, resting on a pedestal base adorned with a frieze of pearls, acanthus leaves, and lotus leaves.
