Sideboard With Walnut And Mahogany Veneer, France, Late 19th Century
Sideboard veneered in walnut and mahogany, with inlays of maple, rosewood, and mahogany. The central door features a ceramic panel depicting a young couple in a rural landscape, framed by a gilded, hand-carved bronze border, as are the moldings. Curved side doors; the right door is missing glass. Turned legs. France, late 19th century.
