Elegant circular Empire-style side table in flamed mahogany, resting on three tapered legs joined by a triangular crossbar with a concave profile.
The top is fitted with a recessed black marble slab, framed by a finely molded brass border.
The base features a front drawer adorned with its original gilded bronze pull.
The legs are adorned with remarkable chiseled bronze appliqués depicting sphinx heads or classical caryatids, an emblematic motif of the Empire decorative repertoire inspired by Egypt and classical antiquity.
