Total length: 68; Blade length: 48.8 cm
Brass mountings.
Pommel in the shape of a crowing cock, with the tongue attached to the lower part of the beak.
Eight-sided hilt, one-third of which is covered in feathers.
Crossguard ending in two arched quillons and decorated with grooves; hallmarks.
Double-edged blade, carp-tongue shape; triangular flat at the heel, central ridge.
Leather scabbard with a brass ferrule, marked ‘912912’, with a butt cap bearing hallmarks.
Pits on the blade.
