Colombian 6.20ct emerald minor oil ring in 18 karat gold. Vintage ring set with a 6.20 carat faceted octagonal cut emerald. The emerald features a beautiful intense green color, is bezel-set, and is flanked by three baguette-cut diamonds on each side. The emerald has undergone minor oiling treatment. An emerald qualified as "minor oil" (often noted as minor or insignificant on certificates) means the stone has very few internal inclusions, which is quite rare. Vintage ring, 1990s, France.
