Hélène Le Roy d'Étiolles, born Devy in London on June 10, 1864, to French parents and died in 1939, was a French painter. A student of Jean-Joseph Benjamin-Constant, Hélène Le Roy d'Étiolles exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1888 to 1933. Her preferred subjects were women and young girls, whom she portrayed in soft, delicate colors. As one of the few female painters, her works can also be found in several French museums, including the Musée d’Orsay in Paris: -Madame Jean Mottet at the Age of 12 (1884–1964), 1897, Musée Lambinet. -End of the Day, Salon des Femmes Peintres et Sculptrices 1906, Rouen Exhibition 1906 -Woman in Pink, exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1911 -Portrait of a Young Girl, before 1922, assigned to the Musée d'Orsay, currently at the National Assembly.
