Pair Of Late 19th-century Italian-style Dressers
Pair of Barocchetto-style chests of drawers in walnut and burl walnut. Double-curved front and sides, with three drawers, the first of which—the smallest—is under the top. Legs feature leaf-motif carvings, culminating in scroll-shaped feet, with decorative accents in gilded wrought bronze, such as the handles and air vents. Top in green Alpi marble. Italy, late 19th century.
