Very large English bookcase.
Original to England. This bookcase has a projecting front.
Made from oak, pine and varnished mahogany. Painted gloss black.
Made between 1880 and 1900.
Equipped with original Braham locks, all of which still work perfectly. Doors open smoothly. Original glazing. One pane shows a patina circle, probably due to sun exposure.
Empire-style center section interior. With 4 spacious mahogany veneered drawers.
The shelves are fully adjustable to your convenience and we can remove the curtains if you wish. Traces of wear consistent with age.
