Outstanding quality and color. This original Dutch cabinet dates from the mid-18th century, circa 1740.
Made of solid oak, veneered with walnut burl.
Fine detailing, especially the top with a wavy cornice. Fine moldings on the doors. Domed lower cabinet. Includes original hardware. Drawers work correctly.
The piece was exhibited in 1981 at an antiques fair in Breda and the 1981 purchase invoice is still available (converted to €50,000).
