Louis XVI period secretary in solid walnut, opening on the front with a flap forming a writing tablet, as well as four drawers in the waistband and lower section.

This piece of furniture features very fine craftsmanship and elegant walnut graining, enhanced by a complete and careful restoration. The interior reveals a central niche with a leather-wrapped shelf, surrounded by five small drawers and four secret drawers, offering a refined and functional layout.

The gilded and chased bronzes are beautifully crafted: circular handles, keyways decorated with bows and pearls, typical of the Louis XVI style, bringing great elegance to the ensemble.

Furniture of harmonious proportions, sober and refined, characteristic of the neoclassical taste of the late XVIIIᵉ century.

Fully restored, presented in very good condition.
