Part of an English Crown Ducal earthenware dinner service.
Beautiful continuous decoration of stylized orange trees laden with orange and coral-red fruit, treated in a Mediterranean aesthetic typical of the 1930s
The graphic design of the decoration, combined with the generous, geometric shapes of the pieces, perfectly illustrates the elegance of English Art Deco production between the wars.
