XVIIIe Drawing Frame
Beautiful, wide, gilded wood baguette, stamped with a regular groove pattern from the first half of the 17th century.
In its original format, with its keyed mounting, it has its old glass glued with paper at the time
A large bronze ring allows it to be hung on the wall, although over time it was preferred in the early 19th century to add two rings on the side (to avoid often putting ke frame straight again).
It retains a beautiful original gilding, shows some traces of old chirons and small eclat.
It remains a beautiful format.
