Louis XV "crossbow" chest of drawers.
It opens with three drawers carved on the front with scrolled cartouches with protruding moldings.
The front jambs are rounded with reserves and end in "snail" feet.
The top is beaked. The sides, with chapel decor, have raised panels. The drawer handles and lock escutcheons are in bronze
Walnut.
Very good condition with a lovely patina. Missing keys.
Provencal work from the Aix en Provence region. 18th century.
