A blue and white glazed porcelain water dropper with iron-red highlights on the bud. The interior of the leaf is decorated with a shell motif.

Height : approx. 5 cm at the bud and 4.8 cm at the leaf.

An hairline at the junction between the lotus leaf and the flower; restoration to the small individual lotus bud where a loss was previously present, concealing two additional hairlines on the body of the leaf; traces of overpainting on the exterior of the bud. Minor firing imperfections, otherwise in good overall condition.
