This refined piece of furniture features a curved front entirely decorated with a marquetry of flowers and scrolls on a precious wood veneer background, offering a very fine decorative work in the spirit of French productions of the XVIIIᵉ century.

The flap reveals a particularly well-kept interior composed of multiple small drawers, storage compartments and compartments.

The writing surface is sheathed in patinated burgundy leather.
