Suite Of Six Charles X Period Inlaid Rosewood Chairs

Suite of six Charles X period chairs, in finely inlaid rosewood, dating from the first third of the 19th century.

The slightly arched backs are adorned with delicate inlaid motifs and discreet carvings, characteristic of this transitional period between the Empire and Restoration styles.

The belts also feature refined decoration, underlining the overall quality of execution.

The saber-shaped front legs, typical of the Charles X style, bring lightness and elegance to the overall line.

The seat and backrest are upholstered in a striped fabric in shades of green, red and ivory, providing a harmonious decorative contrast with the warmth of the wood.

A beautiful, seamless ensemble, ideal for a dining room or classic interior.
