Antique Gimmel Ring In 18 Karat Gold
Antique gimmel ring in 18 karat gold. The ring is formed by two very thin bands. It opens and closes with an ingenious interlocking system. The bands bear no inscriptions. These secret wedding bands were very popular in the mid-19th century. Antique wedding band, circa 1870, France.
