Becker Raphael's Angel medal in 18 karat gold. Vintage baptism medal adorned with a cherub, known as Raphael's Angel. It is so named because the design is adapted from the Sistine Madonna, painted by Raphael in the 16th century. The reverse is plain and uninscribed. Baptism medal, circa 1950, France.
