Antique French Georgian Cluster Carnelian Diamond Ring In 18k Gold And Silver

Antique Carnelian diamond ring in 18 karats gold and silver. Circular ring centered with an orange cabochon-cut carnelian, set in silver. The back is closed and reflects a luminous sparkle through the stone. The carnelian is surrounded by 16 rose-cut diamonds, and it has small natural black inclusions. The shoulders of the ring are adorned with a dot motif. Antique ring, circa 1840.
