Sideboard, Boulle Style, Napoleon III
Blackened wood with tortoiseshell inlaid decoration, highlighted with brass fillets forming Boulle-style motifs on the front and corners. The leaves are embellished with curved medallions echoing this same refined decoration.
The ensemble is sublimated by rich bronze ornamentation, composed of antique-style female figures arranged on the front panels, as well as finely worked acanthus plant decoration.
Very good overall condition.
