Very fine late 19th century model, rich in republican and masonic symbolism.
Marianne is depicted wearing the Phrygian cap adorned with a cockade, embellished with a crown of oak leaves, a symbol of strength and perennity. She wears around her neck the Masonic square, a strong emblem of the initiatory tradition.
21.5cm high.
