Sèvres porcelain teacup from the Service des Princes of King Louis-Philippe at the Château de Neuilly.

Hard porcelain cup from the Manufacture royale de Sèvres, made in 1845 and gilded in 1846 by Moignez.

This piece belongs to the famous service known as "des Princes", delivered for the Château de Neuilly, the royal residence of the Orléans family. This service, the most prestigious among those adorning royal residences, is recognized by the king's cypher "LP" within a wreath of laurel and oak, with a frieze of liere.

Markings in green of manufacture dated 1845, of gilding 1846, mark in red of the castle of Neuilly and mark of the gilder Moyez.

The castle of Neuilly, now disappeared, was one of the main residences of Louis-Philippe until the Revolution of 1848.

Excellent condition.
