Paris Porcelain Vase, Early 19th Century

Vase in "de Paris" or "Vieux Paris" porcelain, with two hand-painted cartouches of flowers on a Sèvres blue background enhanced with gold. The gold is in very good condition, which is rare. An intaglio signature in the porcelain: CM could be that of the Clignancourt factory, 1771/1798. Numerous "fabriques" existed alongside the famous Sèvres factory, perpetuating this Parisian know-how. Two tiny cracks do not affect the solidity of the vase and are imperceptible.
