Signed Couranjou Ainé Toulouse, here are some very fine fruit or cheese knives to date from the second half of the 19th century. The handles are in mother-of-pearl, the bolsters and tips are in silver in a Louis XVI style with crossed ribbon decoration, the chromed blades bear the cutler's signature in hollow, difficult to photograph, I did my best. They come in their original box.
