Louis XVI Period Tric-trac Stamped Feuerstein Joseph (1733-1809)

Very fine Louis XVI period solid mahogany Tric-Trac, stamped Joseph FEUERSTEIN (1733-1809), received Master in April 1767.
Originating from Bregenzerwald in the Tyrol, he practiced in Paris, Faubourg Saint-Antoine.
The central playing part is in ebony, the Tric-Trac erst table in solid mahogany. Its base is composed of four fluted legs fitted with gilded bronze sabots.
With its top covered in camel-colored leather on one side it transforms into a desk or gaming table for the green felt side.
The Tric-Trac retains its original counters and silvered bronze candlesticks with the two antique leather cups.
