Louis XV Style Coffee Table, 19th Century
Superb 19th-century Louis XV-style flying table in rosewood and amaranth marquetry. It is trimmed with chased and gilded foliate bronzes on each side.
The corners are also adorned with chased bronzes covering the top of the legs. It opens to a drawer.
The top is geometrically inlaid and held in place by an ormolu moulding.
