Limestone sculpture fragment depicting a lamb carrying a cross in relief, iconography of the Agnus Dei, symbol of Christian tradition.
Dating remains to be specified, although the sober, archaic treatment evokes the forms of Romanesque sculpture.
This is probably a fragmentary element from a larger religious ensemble (calvary, sculpted decoration or votive sculpture).
The piece has a beautiful old patina and natural erosion.
