Napoleon III Pedestal
A black lacquered wooden side table resting on four cabriole legs joined by two stretcher shelves. It features a marquetry top of precious woods, bordered by an openwork brass gallery, and opens with a drawer in the frieze. A Napoleon III style piece, characteristic of the second half of the 19th century. There are some traces of wear to the varnish, as well as small, old woodworm holes on the top, visible in the photographs. Height: 79.5 cm Length: 41 cm Width: 31.5 cm
