A Mahogany Writing Desk And Occasional Table From The Empire Period.
A mahogany side table, Empire period, attributed to Othon Kolping (1775–1853), a Parisian cabinetmaker active in the Place Saint-Antoine. It features two doors on the front and a side drawer that serves as a writing surface. It rests on four legs joined by a stretcher. The top is anthracite marble with a textured finish. Finished with French polish. Very good condition.
