Set Of Three Samson Porcelain Bottles + A Powder Box
Artist: Atelier Emile Samson (1837-1913)
A set of three porcelain bottles and stoppers made by Samson in the famille rose style of the East India Company.
Square base with canted corners; white glaze, embellished with bouquets of flowers, a band decorated with faux glazed tiles in shades of pink framing the bouquet cartouches on the upper four sides.
A gold rim delineates the edges and the various decorations.
Produced by the Emile Samson workshop (1837-1913), famous for its reproductions of antique Asian porcelain.
The three pieces are marked on the reverse with a red stamp in the Chinese style, concealing an 'S'.

Heights: 15 cm – 13 cm – 11 cm;
Width: 9.30 cm – 8.20 cm – 6.70 cm; Depth: 7 cm – 6 cm – 5.30 cm.
Second half of the 19th century.
We are including a powder box of the same model, probably made by the Le Tallec workshop in Paris in the 20th century.
Square base with canted corners: 7.20 cm x 7.20 cm – height: 9 cm.
The whole is in good condition, no damage, no cracks or chips, just some wear to the gilding.
