Harrach Vase

Elegant Art Nouveau vase in iridescent blue-green glass is of Bohemian origin, in the style of the Harrach glassworks in Bohemia.
The vase's organic form is accentuated by an applied gilt brass mount depicting stylized branches and flower buds, typical of the naturalistic aesthetic of the Art Nouveau period.
The metal elements clasp  the body of the vase and extend to the neck, creating a harmonious ensemble.
The glass displays fine iridescent and marbled variations, characteristic of certain Bohemian productions of the late 19th century.
This type of combination of artistic glass and a floral metal mount is found in the production of Bohemian glassware intended for the European market around 1900. A very beautiful decorative object, ideal for an Art Nouveau glass collection or for a stylish interior. Period: circa 1900
